Privacy policy

1. What data we collect

• Contact form: your name, phone number, and message text if you leave one.
• Technical data: IP address. It is used only to protect the form from spam and appears in the hosting provider’s service logs; it is not stored in the leads database.
• Cookies: a single functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your chosen site language for one year. The site has no advertising or analytics trackers.

2. Why, and on what legal basis

• Handling your enquiry and contacting you about it — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• Protecting the site from spam and abuse (rate-limiting requests by IP address) — the company’s legitimate interest.
• The language cookie — necessary for the site to function.

Your data is not used for marketing mailings. If a newsletter ever appears on the site, we will ask for separate consent.

3. Who receives the data. Cross-border transfers

We rely on two services to run the site:

• Railway Corp. (USA) — site hosting and the database where enquiries are stored; all requests pass through its servers, and IP addresses appear in its technical logs.
• Telegram — a notification about each new enquiry (name, phone, message) is delivered to the sales team’s private work chat.

Both services’ servers are located outside the Kyrgyz Republic, which means submitting the form involves a cross-border data transfer. By submitting the form you give your informed consent to it.

We do not share or sell your data to anyone else. The only exception is a lawful demand from a state authority.

4. How long data is kept

Enquiries are kept for 3 years from submission and then deleted. On your request we will delete them sooner, together with the work-chat notification.

5. Your rights

At any time you may:

• find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• object to processing.

To do so, write to [email protected]. We will reply within 30 calendar days. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: a single email is enough.

6. Where to complain

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the State Agency for Personal Data Protection under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. Changes to this policy

If data processing on the site changes (for example, new services or analytics are added), we will update this policy before the changes take effect. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
